domain Appraise "bmwlovers.net" please?

Hey all!

I just registered bmwlovers.net . It's meant to be a site for BMW fans.
I know everyone is going to say, "Delete it! Reg fee! Stupid domain!"

If I sat on it, maybe developed anything of it or something, may it be worth something in the future?

I'm totally new to this domain stuff. I probably jumped into a domain that I thought that was good, but it's probably not.

All opinions and advice are appreciated. I could use a few tips to learn to make a good profit! Thank you! :wave:

If you plan on making a site, great. If you are hoping to flip for profit, won't happen. It all depends on your goals. Moderate development potential.

Zero undeveloped. IMO.

The domain alone is not worth even reg fee IMO. However there is good development potential to the name. If you are willing to put in some development work, then there could be value to the website in the future. The domain alone will remain without value, however the development could have a value.

As you are new to the domain industry, here is a small tip. A domain alone will seldom get more valuable (excluding premium domains, which to gain value to the name itself without development). The development of any domain can have a value though, but that value is in the development of the domain, not in the name itslef.
