I feel no value in the domain name..if that would be bezil, without s, I would say ok, can serve as brandable (mid xxx) but with "s" it brings value pretty much to zero imo.

For Bezils I'd just agree and reinforce exactly what @lolwarrior said .. unfortunately not really worth anything. Put it up cheap and you might get lucky .. but I wouldn't renew it.
As for MellowPace .. at first it kinda seems like it could be a brandable for a Marijuana business .. and while the words actually do have a nice ring/flow together .. ultimately I just don't see who any potential buyer could be.
Another approach could be vacation/retirement or anti-stress something .. check out this @DomainSherpa interview with @Zandibot where one of the sales he talks about is SlowDown.com
While MellowPace.com is nowhere near SlowDown.com, listening to the interview might give you an idea or two of what to do with it.
thank you @Ategy.com. I havent yet seen the actually interview but i read Ali-Zandi-Profitable-Flips-on-DomainSherpa. they were talking about it. I do understand what you meant. I usually have a problem with putting a price to a domain. on both domains
I checked estibot for an appraisal on bezils and it said $200.
I've come to the conclusion that pricing domains is far and away *THE* hardest part of domaining! So you're not alone feeling that. Oddly enough it's 10000x harder objectively pricing your own domains than it is for domains belonging to others!
