I got a couple of domains today. Curious if they are worth anything without content.

I have ideas on what to do with them if they don't hold any value as domains. I know using the "Auto appraisers" they both have pretty good numbers. But I know those amounts don't mean anything so curious on what everyone else thought.

I have a couple others I have asked for appraises on, I don't know if I just smell bad or got something in my teeth but hard to get any input lol. Hope you all can help me out here.
