I am looking to get an idea of what these are worth - I know .us and .info are the best ext but I feel these names could be good if developed.

Extensions kill the value. Undeveloped they aren't worth anything. Development would help but you have very stiff competition in that market.

I dont see any value in the domain names .... May be not even reg fees
