Well, to be honest, I intended KnowAbout.biz to be something like a community where people exchange strategies and know-how about successful business management, hence the domain name/extension - Know About Businezz (KnowAbout.biz).

Although you were the third person to post one and therefore normally I would not be able to award you 15NP$, given how good your appraisal was and given that you have shown me a tool that I have never heard of before (the one that shows whether a domain has had a previous owner), I think it would be only fair of me to award you 15NP$ for your trouble.

However, all future apparisers should be aware that no NP$ will be given for any appraisals of these two domains.

Hmm, that's a good idea... I've been thinking of putting up a landing page of sorts (is this what you have in mind?) in order to attract some traffic, as well as put up some ads. I'm assuming that placing a landing page would deprive me of parking profits, but it should hopefully be offset by greater interest from end buyers, as well as adword income.

Am I right?
