domain Appraisals? Please? ChaseMoney.com & Foodzilla.com

I'm a sophomore in college, trying to get myself through school so I'd like to figure out if unloading some domain names is the route I've got to take.

If I could get your appraisals on ChaseMoney.com and Foodzilla.com I would really appreciate the insight.

Here are some others I've got, I don't need these appraised, just want to know if any are worth trying to sell.

Whatever you do, don't try to sell ChaseMoney.com to Chase bank (!)..
Just a quick "word to the wise" there

If, however, Chase contact you offering to buy, then just get what you can
for it because that will be the highest and best sale you will ever get on this,
otherwise worthless, domain.

Foodzilla.com is potentially quite a decent domain, but as ever, the all-important
question is... who wants it and what would they use it for? That said, Foodzilla is
somewhat brandable and could fetch up to $1K to a motivated buyer who has a
plan for developing.
