Domain Availability shows your potential selling power of the domain. If the domain is so popular that people would register even TLD's of lower value, then that shows strong selling power should you decide to sell it on the name alone.

The KeyWord Selector Tool is an awesome utility found at the site listed above for seeing everyday use of keywords or terms. If your term(s) has an everyday use of more then 1,000 searches that will usually raise the value of your name to most people IMHO. I usually grade keywords +$2.50 every 5000 searches done that month for it.

If your domain name had multiple keywords this section is the research done to see the different potential meanings your domain name could have and the value IMHO I think would be the best way to sell it on versus others.
(Tragedy is a common word for things used in film. This is it's most common use, and relevent to the domain name, it should be used for this)
- Google Searches (http://google.com) -
Google Searches shows the use of the word in everyday language and how likely someone is to see the word therefor and consider your name for sale or for personal use.
Results 1 - 10 of about 111,000,000 for Tragedy [definition]. (0.41 seconds)
(Holy cow! That is a lot of sites that use the word Tragedy! This will help it's value a lot. Amazing with that many uses of the word that this and other domain TLD's are still available)
- Sites Found Using the Name (Terms) -
The purpose of this section is to examine sites that use your name. If there are sites already using your name with TLD's of higher or lesser value then yours, your name has good potential selling power to those companies.

All sites seem to follow the word Tragedy or have something to do with it, IMHO this raises the value of the term.
- TLD - (Top-Level Domain) Value
My assessment is based on my personal experience in selling domain names.
In general the TLD's below have more positive value then other TLD's. Most other TLD's IMHO have negative value to most general names.
.COM names +$3.00 or + 3% of total value
.NET names +$1.50 +1.5% of total value
.ORG names +$1.00 +1% of total value
.BIZ names +$.20 or +.20% of total value
.US names +$.10 or +.10% of total value
.CC names +$.5 or +.5% of total value
.INFO names +$.1 or +.1% of total value
Though the value of the TLD's is also dependent on the name and the use of the TLD with it.
In most cases however, the .COM, .NET and .ORG are the way to go for general purpose names.
.TV in most cases of general terms lowers it's value IMHO by -$2.00 or - 2%. In your case though since Tragedy is revelent to TV, it's value goes up, because things relevent to T.V are rarer. I think the TLD use here adds, +$2.00 or 2%. Better then .Net and .Org, but the .Com would still be better just because it's so commonely used.

All estimates are conservitive estimates looking from a resell point of view.
Domain Availability Value - > +$40
Pricing Guide: 8 TLD's were registered, giving it a good selling value, you easily get $40-50 worth of selling value here. (5X8)=$40, $5 standard reg fee.
KeyWord Selector Value -> +$7.00
Pricing Guide:12167 searches for the term tragedy. $2.50 every 5000 hits, and to even it out +$2 roughly.
Relevance of Terms Value ->+$100
Pricing Guide:Since this is only one word, the relevence here is clear and to the point, the word tragedy, and the TLD in this case acts as the other term, making it work perfect for TV Tragedy Drama. Very rare to find good TV domains that match it's TLD and a good steal +$100 IMHO.
Google Searches Value- > +$100
Pricing Guide: Very common word, the value speaks for it's self.
Sites found using the name Value -> +$5
Pricing Guide:Not any business sites that are using it, lots of info sites though, and has the potential to take the top ranking pages. From a resell point of view the value here is weak as there is no business to sell to.
TLD Assesment Value ->+$2.00 or +$5.00 (if doing by 2%)
Pricing Guide:Normally TLD .TV again lowers value but in this case I think it ads to the value of your name and acts as a second keyword.

My estimates are very conservitive. When I appraise I try to look from the re-sellers point of view. If I were a buyer of domains name and were to turn around and sell that what is my potential for profit. That is an excellent name and should be held onto and should easily sell on SEDO if you advertise it, or hold onto it if they create a Tragedy TV Network.
