domain Appraisals of 3Fall.com / jwjt.com

Anyway, back to business..

I would appreciate any expert appraisals of the following domains: 3Fall.com and jwjt.com
They are both about to be sold short after comparisons between the Sedo.com appraisals and your appraisals have been made.

When making your appraisal, please consider the fact that jwjt.com (typo domain) receives a lot of hits from jwt.com

Where did you get your other appraisals?

Neither of the sites have any overture scores, and don't really seem to have great keywords.

I am sorry if you feel they are low, but that's what I would pay for them, someone else might pay more.
