Going at my first jump into some domains so went with what I know a bit more. Any thoughts? I think developing it may be the best move.

I think that development is the only was forward for this. I can't see any domainers wanting this and you will be hard pressed to find an end user..

Yeah, I think it has good development potential, but being that it isn't on the commercial end, you may be right.
