Were you thinking to make a directory of appraisers?
In real estate, it could work...
Appraiser.directory would be best for that.

Why would you delete it? There's absolutely nothing wrong w/ the domain for developing (keyword here). Maybe a little long, but you can't expect much different with any of the new ones. It ~makes sense w/ the extension and that's all you can really ask for.
