Never thought about submitting a name for review before, but now I'm faced with either doing something with this domain name or scraping it. What do you guys think of the domain name "whoson-line.com" ? I thought of using it as a search engine domain...worth keeping?

I would advise letting it go. Not only a hyphen but an extremely uncommonly placed one.
