I bought this Pakistani Domain the other day and would like you guys to do an Appraisal for me, It’s a 1 word domain that I thought would worth a lot.

1. is there any market for .pk domains? ..no
2. what percentage of people in Pakistan can speak English? ..not many
3. is "wood" a premium word which has value no matter what tld it is in (like poker, casino, hotel, dating, etc)? ..no
4. are there any wealthy wood related businesses in Pakistan, do they do any business over internet (or have websites)? ..doubt it
5. would any non-Pakistan business ever consider buying .pk domain? ...next to zero probability
6. who could be a buyer considering #1-5? ..a domainer collecting keyword domains in every imaginable tld

Whats with the sudden interest in .pk?

Stay away from the extension IMO.

Keyword + Extension = Reg-fee (if your lucky).

They are almost 200 million living there and I presume a huge diaspora. Stay away from bad keywords would be my advice

Past .pk sales:

Casino.pk = $2,800

Poker.pk = $2,250

Blog.pk = $1,500

Weather.pk = $1,353

I would say these are top tier names with sales that reflect bottom of the barrel values.

Hence, the extension retains very little to no value overall.

Just my 2 cents here.
