domain Appraisal with a twist/quirk/oddity DB9S . com

Here is the twist,

I bought db9s dot com as a deleted name, investigation showed it was banned from Adsense but not from being Google listed. I hoped to put up a little site about the famous Aston Martin car (007 etc), in the naive hope it might help drop the ban.

I never did make the site, but I just checked the name with a few tools today, and it appears to have lost the Adsense ban.

Could you please appraise the name and/or check its status with whatever tool you usually use, just in case I have it wrong.
