Appraising this domain name is difficult. The quality of the domain is poor IMHO - however the fact that there is some development and it is recieving traffic obviously boosts the value of the name.

I think the value of the name would best be evaluated by revenue generated by the site. Based on the traffic, assuming you have atleast a 10% CTR - and your CPC is $.07 (just some safe numbers)

So lets say that the site is generating (50 Clicks x .07 = 3.50 Daily)

Thats a little over 100.00 per month x 4 years = $400

I would say, the complete project in the neighborhood of about $400.00 - however these are based on loose numbers which without more and proven track records are hard to substanciate.
