Appraisal will be awarded HotelsinNH(.)com

What do you think of HotelsinNH(.)com ??

To make it more exciting; the first person posting an well-funded appraisal will have the chance to find out two available domain names(one singular, one plural) for a long tail - three word product. (Each of these domain names are appraised by Estibot about 1000 USD)

If you like this sort of an appraisal game; I'll continue.

I think that the "in" kills this domain.

Would be better if you had NHHotels .

not a whole lot of searches for Hotels in nh. keyword tool is messing up but between 19-360 for exact monthly & figure it is closer to 19, as it said broad is 360 as well. I think phrase was somewhere near 19

about 3600 monthly exacts for NH Hotels This would make a nice name, but is taken.

It feels really close to reg fee to me.

thanks usa666
Now i have some questions and remarks so that your appraisal would be better-funded.

First; i agree with you that the "in" kills some of the domains value, but thats because "in" is followed by another "n" in the domain name. "hotelsin" by itself is not so bad. For example; there was two auctions last week hotelsinparis.com and hotelsinfrance.com and the auctions went very nice. Of course Parishotels.com or Francehotels.com are better but; the formers are good too.

Second; which keyword tool are you using??

Regfee MAX

You would be better of buying those excellent names you state are worth $xxxx

I just checked and there are a lot of HotelsIn<State Abbreviation> available.

Not to mention there is really not much going on in NH. It is not a booming vacation spot.

Thanks Barefootthech for your appraisal. Nonetheless it could be better, if you stated your appraisal on some foundations.

And about the "excellent" names; i didn't state that they are worth $xxxx nor they are excellent. I just said they are appraised by Estibot about 1000USD. All of us know, that Estibot is not a criteria by itself, but it has some foundations on its appraisals. And btw. estibot says 3100USD for HotelsinNH.com.

@bmugford
You are right; about 20-25 of them are registered. Who knows maybe people are going to register the remaining ones quickly :)
Btw. are you looking at your PM's? I sent you a PM maybe one week ago and it says still unread?

I would only use estibot as a fun tool. I was using the adwords tool.

hotelsinparis.com and hotelsinfrance.com vs HotelsinNH

hotels in france seems to have about 4400 monthly exact searches.
hotels in paris seems to have 2200 monthly exact searches
hotels in nh is less than 500, but again remember that the tool is being buggy. as it is telling me 480 exact & broad, but only 16 for the phrase.

paris & france are vacation / tourism spots, & I am sure that there are a lot of hotels competing for this business & this makes the domains you mentioned worth a lot.

I think most people would want to go to france vs NH. I really do not know what NH has to offer etc.

I just have a personal preference / rule of thumb when it comes to abbreviations & acronyms. HotelsinXX.com I would only consider taking if it really did have a high search volume. inxx just gets a bit confusing & I do not like domains that confuse site visitors. What I am trying to say is Abbreviation keyword, or keyword abbreviation normally work well together but when you throw that other short word in the mix , it just becomes too much most of the time. *again you can throw this rule out in some situations.

HotelsinLOCATION would be much better in most situations, than HotelsinABBREVIATION. People are lazy & the less thinking they need to do the better imho.

It all boils down to appearance, psychology, professionality etc

If I was looking for hotels in texas,
& was presented with these 2 sites
www.HotelsinTX.com
www.HotelsinTexas.com

I think I would pick the latter one.

keep in m ind these are just my opinions & they may differ from others, Hopefully this helps
