we've had this domain for 10 years ,it was a hosting company for a while, with reseller accounts has limited hosting now and just a landing page, could be free hosting on CPanel if it makes a good price !!!

I don't see any end user using this one. Hosting domains doesn't make much sense and seeing it from an end user's perspective I don't see that.
Reg fee for that reason.
