Beware of Richard and Tina A'Court
I wrote all the gory details and posted them online here:
http://valuations4u.com
Basically, one of them contacts you saying that he/she is interested in buying a domain on behalf of a client, but because of a "legal loophole" they require an appraisal, and they require that you pay for it.
They give you the option to choose from 3 different domain appraisal services, and valuations4u.com, which they own, just happens to be the cheapest. So they're banking on the fact that you want to make a sale, and that you'll go with the least expensive appraisal service (theirs). Then you pay them the fee, and guess what? You will never hear from them again.
I can't believe that people are advertising their domains for sale with appraisals from valuations4u.com. What a sham. And shame!
