Howdy all, a friend of mine owns a site and I help co-run it.
We're looking to possibly sell, but we want a fair estimate of the value.

I'll lay out a general picture
of what all we're selling with it:

Domain: ProgrammingForums.net.
Hosting: One month to backup files and MySQL Database(s).
Content: All tutorials/posts, minus two PHP function scripts.

We had an offer for $170, but the buyer
backed up suddenly due to "financial reasons".

I think it'll depend on the number of members, and the traffic. I think the $170 offer you received was a little too high IMO. I would think that it's worth close to $135.
