It is good, as other extensions are registered, if it doesn't come into TM issue then it is a good domain name.

TM issue, $0.00, don't know why it's even being discussed as an "if" thing. There is no such word as "galaxys." The only conceivable uses for the domain are either a non-monetised fan/discussion site (in which case, the domain is next to worthless) or as a monetised, TM-train-wreck-flirting affiliate site (in which case, the domain is actually worthless.)
