domain Appraisal for JustRealNews.Com

Any appraisal help would be appreciated. I've had (and still have) this listed for sale and have had such a ridiculous range of offers from reg to obvious scam offers. What do you guys think is a reasonable listing price for JustRealNews.Com?

See the problem with 'just', it's nothing special just another way to further niche 'real news'.

News is a big traffic generator and it's dominated by the big news companies and some niche alternative sites and even 'real' makes the potential traffic 'minor' then the 'just' makes its not really worth anything.

Now if it was developed and you have income, sure it could be an 'asset' but right now I see no reason to even register such a triple combo.

So what it's a .com, it's three words, zero type ins and without a whole bunch of money being blown on development it's not even worth registering IMO.

Well I'd never think of a potential customer that way, but I think this ones heading for the 'big top' today. Thanks for the appraisal, that was a pretty useful response compared to the usual one word grunts I see.
