Cybercafe is great, but I don't think many people would think to type it with the é. I don't think many Americans even know *how* to type an é. :/

It is French, technically.

I don't think the target market is English-only Americans. There are many people out there (Spanish, French, etc.) who can type an accented E and actually have the keyboard to handle it.

However, if US keyboard users want to visit, I am happy to have them. Spanish & French users have long been neglected.

how do you do it then?

Just as your keyboard has a dollar sign and such, keyboards of French, Spanish, and other users include the letters and symbols that they use. Same with Russian keyboards and Arabic keyboards. They use their own alphabets, scripts, or character sets.

These Cybercafé domains are aesthetically pleasing to US users, but I am not sure how they would type in the accents. The target market for domains like DiseñoGráfico.biz, DiseñoWeb.biz, or even enEspañol.biz is Spanish, for example. It is not so important to me that English-only keyboards cannot type in the ñ because the content is not necessarily for English speakers.

Words like Cybercafé and Café are generally very recognizable to Americans, British, Germans, Spanish, and other Europeans. Most French, Spanish, etc. language speakers can actually type it, too. Most Europeans and anyone in South America, Central America, etc. probably has a Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other keyboard and can type accents. Many North Americans are bilingual and have the ability to type accents (and even the beloved Spanish ñ)!
