Hi,

I own and operate a website since 1998.

The domain I own is a .com and has been in use since first registration. It is still an active site.

Someone has booked (16th feb 2005 - first day of availability) and is parking the .in of exactly the same name. I suspect the registrar of the domain is behind it coz I took them to court over another domain, it also has their ads on the parked page.

I'm planning to get a local IPR lawyer to review the case and take it forward with the INDRP, but the local lawyer is not very conversant with the rules or even domains for that matter.

I do not have any service mark / trade mark registered for the same as it was never necessary.

Do you know any lawyer with enough experience with INDRP who can handle the case or even provide inputs on it to allow me to file it with my current lawyer? Any help will be appreciated.

Thx

Maybe you could look on this other forum? Someone there may be able to help you. Good luck.

Does anyone even think I have a case?

Most people are giving me the 'offer a settlement' via pm.

While I think I should be claiming damages...
