Anyone use Nominate? 100 NP$ to help me figure out how to get an auth code- DESPERATE

I don't use Nominate but a couple purchases through snapnames ended with me having a couple there. I sold a domain today but don't know where to get the auth code for it. Can anyone help? 100 NP$ to the first person to walk me through it as I am desperate.

Here is the link on the nominet website to step you through the process:

This web page will give you links to the forms you will need, including a transfer form and a confirmatory letter. There is a fee to transfer out of nominet.

The phone number for Registrant Services is (01865) 332244 if you cannot download the forms.

I used it once. You can send an email to james[at]nominate.com or damon[at]nominate.com asking for the auth code.

Yeah I tried calling them but just got an answering machine saying they were unavailable (and I didnt want to call back as its located in the UK). If I dont get through with those 2 emails I will try your list. ALready gave out the hundred NP$ but for your help I will give you what I have left (48) as a bonus
