I have received an offer for one my domain through Networksolutions.com, and buyer accepted my counter offer.

I had sent few mails to Networksolutions further requesting information about payment transfer mode and other details. But as on yet they haven’t responded.

Does it trustable to sell domain through Networksolutions.com?

Thanks

Thanks.

Below are details received from Networksolutions.com

Email received from this id: [email protected]

A third party (the Buyer) using our Certified Offer Service(SM) has made an offer to buy DOMAINNAME.COM. The Buyer has entered into a binding agreement with Network Solutions to use our Certified Offer Service and funds to purchase the domain name have been pre-authorized on the Buyer's credit card.

Domain Name: DOMAINNAME.COM
Offer Amount: $XXX.XX USD
Offer Expires: Nov-20-07 00:00 EST

As per above mail, I had made a counter offer, same accepted by the buyer through confirmation mail received through NS.

Then how I can send a mail directly to customer.

NO.
You'll never know who the other party is.
You negotiate with NetSol's broker throughout the entire process.
