Hi,
I need to push a name to a buyer at networksolutions. If I understand their instruction correctly I need to ask the buyer initiate the "transfer", yea they call it "transfer" even it's a push.
So I will just wait for the notification by email or how it goes?
Urgent. Thanks for your help.

Yep, exactly right. The buyer needs to register for a Netsol Account and login. From there they initiate a transfer-in for the domain (as if transferring from another registrar). It is free at checkout.

You, the seller, will get an email requesting approval of the transfer. You approve it and it all goes through pretty quick. Make sure you have the domain unlocked.

Thanks RJ.
Another question comes out. THE BUYER CANNOT FIND THE REGISTER LINK, and I couldn't either?! I remembered it took me sometime to find the link to register an account with NetSol last time and this time I am totally lost again but I just don't understand why they are trying to prevent people from regsitering an account with them?
Anyways, they buyer insists register himself so could anyone provide me a registration link on that site?

Simple... they want people to go through the process of purchasing a domain, at which point, they create an account.

I would say they lost decent amount of customers by doing this.
The buyer has initiated the transfer and 2 hours later I didn't receive any notification. I cannot find any transfer status to accept when I logged in either. Only when I tried to start the transfer, I was told the domain is under pending transfer.
I would not use NetSol again, even though they are the biggest registrar in the world.

If I remember correctly, for an internal transfer, the Primary Contact of the account will get the email to approve. So if that email address isn't valid or not yours, that would be the problem. Log in your account, verify you are the primary contact for that domain name account. This is an account contact, not a WHOIS contact. If you are indeed the primary contact, and the email is correct, give their toll free support a call. If the transfer is in process, and has been batched already (usually it's within a few minutes) they should be able to resend the email to you. If you think the email address might be blocking the mail or delaying the mail, then while on the phone, you can edit the primary contact's email address to a new one, then have them resend it again. That should do the trick.

Thanks. I solved the problem by contacting the support. My email with them is valid and by any reason they just send the notification after 3 hours.
Anyways, the transaction is complete.
