Anyone recommend a windows host (or virtual) /w REMOTE DESKTOP access?

i wanted to try out a program, that will edit every page (like a "FIND & REPLACE) program. in a few seconds.
like if i wanted to change my google adwords "channel id" across EVERYSITE at the same time. (or in a few clicks) instead of editing each page, then reuploading them.. ect.
or is there a linux program that can do this too?
