I just jumped from my old host of about 3 years to a new host after considerable unexplained downtime.

I've not been with this new company but for a few days, but here's what I can say about the transfer process and current status. The transfer went extremely well, and the host's promises about 12 hours response (always been less than 12 hours) have held up very well. Every request of mine has been answered within hours, sometimes minutes, and they've always been friendly, even when I goofed part of my setup and needed them to re-apply some changes.

I'm not recommending them, because I don't feel I've been with them long enough to give a solid review, but polurnet.com has held up to all their claims this far, prices are reasonable, and the owner is an NP'er as well.
