Anyone knows how to transfer domain out of Lowesthosting.com

I searched this company, and found the reviews are all like "Lowesthosting.com Sucks"...

Unfortunately, I purchased a domain name and site at Lowesthosting.com, they admin panel is just ..... sucks, I really can't figure out how to find the way to unlock the domain and get the authcode. The seller send me all username and password and yes, I got the full control of his account, but there is no option to transfer the domain.

I noticed the domain's whois info is with dotregistrar.com, after visiting the site, it shows I could manage the domain via mydomain API, well, all the username and pass I tried doesn't work. I sent several emails to Lowesthosting.com support, no reply yet.

Don't know how to do next... need your suggestion. Thanks in advance

i saw that it also runs http://www.mydomain.com/
have you tried the password recovery? you still need the email address of the owner btw

Hi, Weblord, I have tried, it works, but ask me to input the security answer, which I don't know and I can't reach the seller at the moment. Just sent him another email.
