Anyone know what's going on with DNsaleprice.com? The site seems to have been down for many days now... I hope it's not permanent :(

I've noticed it since the holidays myself actually ... Was thinking maybe they were just out of town and a hosting/server problem arose.

www.NameBio.com seems to work perfect. :tu:

I had heard that a little while back the owner of DnSalePrice had issues with hackers so maybe that's something that is happening again?

A lot of businesses are going "under" so that could be another.

NameBio.com is very good... in fact I just purchased the Premium service :) But I liked the way DNsaleprice.com let you compare your domain to past domain sales based on various criteria.

Contact Justin on NameBio. I'm sure he can add a feature like that. (He's on vacation right now but he checks his email)

I'm glad its back up. DNsalesprice seems to have more sales data then Namebio for some reason.

Thanks guys. Teleco had a connection issues just as I left on vacation; DnSalePrice.com now fully operational. Just doing my part to save you money on buying/domain sales. ;)

Cool. Hey check it out: I like free stuff as much as the next guy. And although I'm not looking for a place to 'give' away money, I just wanted to drop you a note to say that since you apparently have decided not to charge for lookups on the site [I'm sure you have at least considered it ? ], you should at least consider putting up a "contribute" or "donations" link.

In "many" other industries [real estate, etc.], comps are an integral and in some cases mandatory part of the process and DNsaleprice, from what I have seen so far, is easily ahead of the few comps sites that are out there [in terms of the amount of data avail]. With that said, I'm sure that there are plenty of folks who may have made a DN sale and got $300 instead of $250 because they had comps from your site.

I only just recently discovered your site, so I haven't had any sales that used comps from your site (yet), but me being kind of old-school when it comes to shareware/freeware/freeservice (back in the day we would always try to support the effort), I would have no problem sending over a $ buck or 2 if I used comps from your site for a sale. It only makes sense and is fair.

Good work.

[Technical notes: Of course as with most sites, there is room for enhancements if the site were to ever go completely commercial: User interface, policies/terms, possibly "enhanced" comp data and comps services, etc. But even in its current raw form, it is still worthy of contributions.]

Yup, since May 2006! I tend to keep my nose to the grindstone and read more than I post. And thanks for NP$

DNSalePrice is a service I used many times, congratulations. I remember finding some small quirks but can't remember them now.

Hi BidNo, I am trying to access DNSalePrice.com tonight, and no luck. I get getting a "not found" message. Hopefully you're only down temporarily?
