Let's say that you wanted to put up a classifieds site to allow people to list only one type of item (cats). Is there any decent looking classifieds script that could do that out of the box?

Also, let's say that you wanted to put up a rentals site to allow people to list only one type of property for rent (condos). Is there any decent looking rental script that could do that out of the box?
