Anyone here proficient in Arabic?

I went to my banner exchange account page and saw that over 3000 hits were at my site today up from 150 yesterday so I logged into analytics. There I saw that my Arabiv speaking population has spiked on the geo-map.

My biggest referrers seem to be:

patoghema.bigestblog.com
and
misarfwp.blogfa.com

If anyone can read arabic, would you be able to tell me what is being said about my site and possibly how they found it?

If this keeps up there may also be a possible job in the future for anyone who can read/write arabic.

My wife speaks, reads and writes fluent arabic...

She was born in lebanon but has lived in the US since the age of 12, so she speaks, reads and writes both arabic and english perfectly....

She has even been used by government agencies, lawyers and in court proceedings for translation work because she is a "natural" speaker of both languages....
