Anyone have experience with NameDrives park n' sell?

I have sold a name through ND Private message before, but not the park n' sell. Curious if anyone has done so before with any luck? I'm considering selling Augart()com, I had gotten a few other offers but it's usually just based on parking revenue. this particular name happens to also be a Page rank 5 so its value I perceive as being higher than revenue alone. I make a decent amount in Rev ...whats a fair price? the offer I got was $200, and since I really need the cash I'm tempted to sell.

So it's really a 2 part question one is about the NameDrive program the other is the extra value of a page rank name.
