advice Anyone had any Catchall Email Sales Success

Hi,

Interested to know if anyone has had any success with domain sales based on mis-typed emails to your domains. Do you forward the emails, do you approach and say 'hey, I'm getting your emails, but this name' etc.

Or do you think this could get their backs up, since they think you are squatting on their name/brand?
