Anyone from Maldives?

Hi,

I'm trying very hard to contact a domain owner from Rangali Island, Maldives.

• The website itself doesn't resolve.
• Archive.org doesn't return anything helpful.
• Number on WHOIS is invalid.
• Countless numbers of email sent to email address with no reply.
• Reported invalid WHOIS several months ago but obviously the system doesn't work with no action taken by the registrant or the registrar.

Have you reported it to ICANN? Obviously the whole WHOIS information is made up (uninhabited island ).

Bout your only option left:

First, send a certified letter to the address so you can verify whether the person received it or not. I will assume that Tarzan won't respond, in which case you send certified letters to everyone with the SAME NAME in the country. Start with the addresses closest to Rangali Island and work your way out.

Almost anyone can be found anywhere if you look hard enough. Good luck!
