debate Anyone.com vs Homelessness.com - Brandable vs exact match domain ?

I just watched this video

and thought about Reza project and his brand.
Let's discuss what's better whatever brand name or related dictionary dotcom?
Would you go with exact match domain Homelessness or whatever word like as Anyone?

Homelessness.com is listed by Mike Mann for $300k
I think Anyone.com was sold for mid high $xx,xxx

Anyone.com is a much better name in my opinion, and has much broader commercial value. I would be very surprised if it sold for less than 6-figures.

I mean, I guess homelessness.com is better for a site about the homeless, but that is about it.

Homelessness.com sounds a bit depressing to me. Anyone.com is much better in my opinion. I am pretty sure he paid six figures for it.

Still (bomj.com) is a shorter alternative to (beggar.com), although they will have less US customers if they rebrand to Bomj.
