yes i cant sign into my account as well.

i typing a correct password netsol asks to change it ok i typing my security answers 100% correct but netsol does not accept them says they are wrong.

i created a ticket no response

They had a security breach not to long ago so they require everyone to change their password upon first time logging in.

@BrandCollectors.com they can email you a reset link as well. Just tick that option after you chose the lost password option.
