EOpenHouse.net
Looks like this one had 3 bids on it at sedo. Did you own this name at that time? If so, for how much were these bids?

http://www.eopenhouse.ca/ appears to be a functional website created by a real estate agency. A US-based agency would be a potential end user, and since the real estate business is a multi-billion dollar industry, this should allow you to ask for a higher premium. However, agencies may recognize the fact that the .org .biz and .us versions are still available for 8 bucks/yr, all three of which offer distinct advantages over the .net version. .org makes the agency look like a legitimate caring organization (there was a post a while back on another forum where the member actually made a pretty penny selling .orgs to real estate agents because of this fact). .us offers the same feeling of local connection that eopenhouse.ca offers its current owners.
Overall, not a "bad" name, but also not that strong. You'll have a tough time selling to resellers, as many people tend to steer away from the .net space. The strong sales that .net generates are typically generics. Even the ones that aren't generics tend to be made up of two words without prefixes.
Seek out an enduser to get low $xxx for it. Resellers may give you $20

Notice these names consist of generic words followed by 411. What does "this house 411" mean? Were you thinking someone would drive by a sign and see a sign that said "For a virtual tour and more information, visit ThisHouse411.com" ?
No value without development, in my opinion.
YourRealtySpace.com
A three worder with a double r reducing marketability.
Another "needs to be developed" names. Were you thinking a MySpace for real estate? Kind of lengthy for that.
http://www.realty-space.com is developed, but I don't think anyone is keeping it up to date.
=============
Ok, now for the fun part. Thank you for calling me out on my hipocracy. I didn't even think to check when I posted IrishCarBombs.com for sale I just had the crazy idea that I needed to reduce the price. Sales thread bumping is a problem, and I accept all responsibility for my blunder.
You seem like an enthusiastic member who actively contributes to the community. I shouldn't have invaded your thread with a reposting of the forum rules. After all, I am not a moderator. I honestly felt I was doing you a favor, since in my 3 years here I have seen hundreds of appraisal requests die without getting a single response due solely to the fact that the OP was too eager/impatient to wait a couple of days between appraisals.
Why is it that people's initial reactions to criticism is to attack the other person and offer up passive-aggressiveness in return? All it does it show a flaw in your character, and while you may feel you're being witty at the time, all you're doing is showing immaturity.
And I'm sure you meant nothing by it, but "Chill out, ya nut" was not unnecessary at all. The simple fact that I responded to your appraisal request for three lackluster names when no one else seemed willing to should have at least earned your thanks since I was essentially providing you with yet another bump.
Finally, I wasn't kidding when I recommended you shift your focus if you find yourself falling into the "I plan on developing it" path. Once again, I've seen many people justify purchases of ridiculous names by saying just that, only to see the names expire exactly a year later. Now, if your intent is to purchase many names for a certain niche, ie real estate, then that's a different story and I'd say you're on the right track.
Have a good one,
Jorge
