Any reason why a Pending Delete at Moniker wouldn't be listed with Snap?

I've run across 2 domains this evening that I found out were listed as Pending Delete. One's at Moniker and one's at another registrar, but I can't find them listed at Snapnames or Namejet at all.

I mean, they're there, but they're not listed as Pending Delete, just regular Backorders.

Is there something I'm missing, or could the registrars be planning to not list these at all?

If it is in PENDING DELETE status at Moniker it means that domain passed already from snapnames about 35 days ago (usually 5-7 days before entering redemption) and noone bought it.
