So - i've never really been into the medical domains, but had reg'd one today:

Yep... well, the starter site I was talking about was not for flippa because you can't get much out of flippa for starter sites.

To get more juice our of your site, you should consider optimizing the site well seo-wise
After the optimization, where do you intend to sell them?

As for mine, working on that.

If well optimized and it has good analytics, you can pitch to end users and have it sold without needing flippa, especially if you have an escrow company that can help or they can come to you for the right price (this happens often)

The concept of building and selling new websites has always been an idea I love and I have heard stories of people who do it. However, I am yet to record a success. Maybe I need to tweak things a bit and see what will happen.

But to sell at the level where people are coming to you, you need an impressive proof of the site's income. SEO, traffic and rankings alone won't cut it

When I mentioned optimization, I actually meant income, seo, traffic and all that bells and whistles that make things pop
