Those are 4 sites I have worked on. Only the UWW TV is unique. I just ended up skinning all the other ones.

That looks really nice. Joomla has some really nice features to it. I used it for my moms site because she wanted to update all of her own stuff and I didn't want her able to kill the site.

I was thinking about getting a custom CMS designed but do you think Joomla will be able to suffice?

I need to create some sort of cookie that checks the users timezone and displays all the time from the database accordingly on the site. As well, I need a Paypal payment system (aka shopping cart), CSS+DIV layout, vote on posts/articles, search, statistics, and allow visitors to post articles.
