Not saying it's going to be sold, but would like to know a ballpark figure if possible.

Almost 10 years old. As it sits there is an active torrent site on the domain.

July stats from cloudflare. These are actual numbers, not torrent announce numbers. Those happen on a separate subdomain not routed through cloudflare.

Edit: There is no ad revenue or other revenue from the domain as it is today.
