I don't have the budget for a dedicated server. Godaddy (my current host) has decent prices, excellent uptime, and excellent customer service. I've seen places with better pricing for shared hosting (and better email deals), but I've also heard crappy things about them. What host to you use? Do you like them?

You can pay with paypal or NP$. It's run by Camron from NP and they have have great prices and great customer service.

PlanetPx.com (formerly People-Host.com)
Also great customer service and great prices. They offer free script installations in a very timely manner which is always very helpful. They also accept auto-payment from paypal and when I signed up I got one month free. Also, very easy to cancel if need be.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply.

However, I'm looking for something cheaper than godaddy (and possibly with faster servers, but this hasn't been a problem).

NPServe's hosting starts at 30 cents a month. Isn't that cheaper than godaddy?

Yes it is, but it also has very restrictive storage and bandwidth.

With all due respect here looking for more than GD already gives is utterly unrealistic. If you're happy with their service, then stay with them. I see that there largest plan is basically the equivalent of a dedicated server so I don't quite understand what exactly it is that you're looking for in the way of more. You're not going to find something that size any cheaper that isn't a lie.

Alright...now that that mess was cleaned up...

There are many hosts better than GD.

I guess my main two complaints are the tiny email box and possibly potential speed issues. I believe bluehost and 1and1 have better pricing, but i have heard bad things about both of them. I guess I'll be sticking with gdoaddy, though.

Ofclean, you have to make up your mind what you exactly want - a bigger package plan on a shared hosting or a dedi or VPS. If you are happy with your present hosting so be with it, if you want to change it - do it. there are a lot of offers on the web hosting market.

Hi
I suggest you try a lot of hosters. As far as I know many hosting companies provide free trial and money back guarantee.
