Any Domain Broker Here??

Hi all ,
I know that there are many domain brokers available outside NP,but I am curious to know that can I find a Domain Broker here who can acquire a domain of my choice for a LOW PRICE.
The reason to ask for a domain broker here is that I am unable to afford the brokers outside.For example SEDO requires you to put a minimum of $500 to start a negotiation.
I want to get the domain of my choice for at most $300.
