Any Trump domain is a TM issue since Trump is a global brand, he is notorious for going after domain owners.

It is not so automatic... Trump is a cards game too and Trump now is the POTUS...
Do you know the Trump Organization? Go to TRUMP.ORG (or Trump.TV) and you will see that the domain is a property of an anti-Trump where you see: "Donald Trump tried to take Trump.org from me in 2012 and FAILED..."

for these domains, maybe some end user(lgbt or vets) wants to buy the .com against Trump... why not... but I do not think for a lot of money ...
