Hey guys,
After attempting a domain transfer from GoDaddy to Namecheap a couple weeks ago, and having it failed, I learned that the "Admin" email address user needed to click on a link to authorize the transfer.

I submitted the request again on the 19th, after contacting the Admin email user (The domain is actually owned by someone else, but is in this person's personal email address. She resigned from the organization a few months ago).

I now have access to the GoDaddy account, and unlocked the domain, etc... She clicked on the authorization link for me, and forwarded me emails from Enom as well as GoDaddy indicating that the transfer was taking place.

According to the emails, the transfer was supposed to take place on the 24th (yesterday). As of now, GoDaddy is showing that the domain doesn't even exist in the account, and Namecheap shows that the transfer is still pending.

Is there something I don't know about?

ps: According to a Whois query I just performed, the domain now is with Enom. Good. (Since Namecheap is an Enom reseller). The Whois also says the status is in Transfer Period. I guess I just need to keep waiting...

Haven't you contacted Namecheap and Godaddy support and asked about status of the process ?

The transfer has been complete. I was going to contact Namecheap today if it hadn't been completed.
