American Airlines subpoenas Google, YouTube

update American Airlines is demanding that Google and video-sharing site YouTube reveal the name of the person who posted a portion of one of the airline's training videos on their Web sites.

*This is really not looking good... some things come with big surprises
problem with too many surfers now adays.. But it should be Youtube they should ask since it's where the video is uploaded..

I don't feel that Google is going to be guilty of anything in this case, all they do is spider through links. If anything, YouTube will get hit up.

I'm sure that in the terms and service that it leaves the liability to the user who uploads information. That is how it usually is on most websites.
