For months there has been speculation whether the new gTLDs will impact .COM values or not, but one thing I can almost guarantee - Here come a lot more spammers shooting out a lot more crap emails, creating an even worse rep for solicitations regarding domain names because they think they've got the next best thing.
What does this mean? When you're a book dealer and you get 10 emails a day from people trying to sell you: thebest.books, Ilike.books, greatest.books, greatbook.sale, newbooks.buy, books.lawyer, etc. = A lot more privacy being put on WHOIS and a lot more complaints, maybe we're talking serious laws and stricter no-tolerance policies from registrars and email hosts.
I say we begin a coalition to aggressively troll people who register on these new gTLDs so they cry and never send out an email again.
