I bought AndroidWearApps.com to make a website about the upcoming Android smart watches coming up this summer.

I got potential buyer wanting to get it off my hands but I wanted to get your opinions for a fair value before I consider it.

They can afford lawyers to walk their dogs.

I would not play around with it.
I would delete it from the registrar account.

Not every drunk driver has an accident or gets caught by the police, but the risk is always there.Trademark-infringing domains can have significant consequences if you get caught and that makes them not worth the risk in my opinion.

They just haven't been caught yet, just because others do it, doesn't make it ok!!

I would drop the name, dont sell it as that is showing bad faith
