I know it's not what you want to read, but unfortunately, it is also a good space for a TM infringement suit. Grace delete asap, maybe try for a refund. You will be doing yourself a favor if you spend some time to educate yourself on TMs before you Reg anymore names. :imho: Good luck.

I see plenty of Android fansites/forums using "Android" in their names.

From what I understand via Android branding guidlines is I can't simply use "Android" alone without anything alongside it. Thats not possible anyway.

I would recommend deleting this from your domain account and sanitizing your workspace ASAP. Reboot and try again. Best of luck and may the force be with you! IMO.

Doubt it's a trademark nightmare. At worst it's a worthless domain.

Don't anticipate trademark problems.

Its a blantant trademark Domain, anyone can see that, not just one word, but both words!! and then putting them together makes it even worse.

I see you have parked the name so that is an admission of guilt by benefitting finaincially from parking revenue.

Yeah, they are all infringing. If you see other people shoplifting in a store, does that make it ok??

Get a refund or drop the name and just learn from your mistakes.

My advice would be to register a name, get an appraisal on here before the "grace delete" period is over, you can then decide whether you want to keep the name or use that credit to buy something else...just advice, thats all..
