I had url appraisal.net appraise it for $6000. I wanted more opinions before I try and sell it. It is a 4 year old domain.

Very long domain, your estimate is not even close, you should get back to basics.

Instead, ask yourself who would want to buy that name from you, especially for $6000 when there must be better and cheaper alternatives on the market, maybe even for regfee.
